Fold All/Fold Text/Unfold All are on the Headlines submenu of the Outline menu. Fold Text folds the text of the selected multi-line headline to display only its first line. Pressing the Option key and double-clicking to the left of the selected headline is the same as choosing Fold Text. Fold All folds the text of the selected headline and all its subheadlines, and displays only the first line of the selected headline. Unfold All unfolds and redisplays all of the text of selected headlines and all its subheadlines.
